- I'm a member of the prestigious Romantic Novelists' Association. (RNA)
- My family went for a six week holiday to
Jamaica in the early 80’s which for
me lasted going on 18 years!
- I floated through school in England.
- I went to Queen’s High School in Jamaica
and started paying attention. I loved it
there.
- I love to travel and after school went to
Canada, back to Jamaica, onwards to Kenya
as an AFS student, back to Jamaica, several North
African Countries, back to Jamaica, I always
go back to Jamaica.
- I met my husband in College in Jamaica. We
have two children.
- We live in Nottingham, England.

- I love Romantic Drama’s - When a man
loves a Woman and City of Angels are my ultimate
favourite films. Small Island, The Holiday
and Bridges of Madison County are amongst
my top ten.
- My first 'public work' was a love
letter I’d written to a boy in the
year above mine. He'd stuck it on the
blackboard for his entire year to see. I
was 11.
- I adore Christmas and go way over the
top with the tinsel. The gaudier the better.
- I love cars and like driving with very
loud music.
- I Bellydance. Yes I really do.

- My favourite foods are Stew Peas and Rice
that my husband makes, anything from the
Chipy, wine gums and cheese cake. I have
a very sweet tooth.
- I love cats and have recently been 'adopted'
by a stray we've called Naomi. We also
have a moody rabbit called Coco.
- In Jamaica they call me 'The Caribbean's
Leading Lady of Love'
- My favourite colour is purple. Every shade.
